Skipjack Cut-Plunger 13" 5.5oz

A custom cut, rare, Gene Vander Hoek plunger, with a 90-degree flat face to push plenty of water. Like Gene's plunger, run of the rod-tip on the corners or high from the short rigger. This head is a clear purple pour with abalone lam inserts sandwiched around a brass leader tube. Custom skirted in skipjack colours, purple, black and silver over blue and pink Tuff Tails.

Gene Vander Hoek's plunger has never been commercially sold. Made in small batches for himself or his friends, they are extremely rare, now considered a collector's item. These highly effective and prized lures are only available in Australasia from Blue Ocean Lures.
